JHCLA is organized — under the name Jewish Healing and Hospice Center of Los Angeles, Inc. — as a religious corporation under the Non-Profit Religious Corporation Law of the State of California. We have been granted tax exemptions under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and corresponding California statutes, and all contributions are deductible to the full extent of the law.
